If you want to update the content of the site yourself but you want us to manage Wordpress the plugins and updates then go for Launchpad. If you would like us to make all of the changes to the content choose between RockIT and OrbIT depending on how much time you think you need each month. Reach out if you would like advice on this.
We don't offer any free trials or refunds once your site has been built as significant time and resources go into each of our customers websites. We talk directly to each customer prior to building the site, if at this point either we feel that we cant help you or provide the best solution or if you feel that our proposed idea is not suitable then we will happily refund your initial payment and part as friends.
Yes, our products are all billed on a yearly recurring basis for the first year, then you have the option of yearly or monthly payments going forward, you can cancel prior to any renewals.
